Searches can be conducted by real property cadastral number or cadastral designation of cadastre object (land unit, building, group of room or part of land parcel), title of real property/address of land unit, building, group of room or part of land parcel or map location.
In the State Unified Computerised Land Register (www.zemesgramata.lv ) searches can be conducted by section number, property title, cadastre number, address of property or owner (available only to statutory persons).

In the data distribution portal (www.kadastrs.lv ) clients have access to actual Cadastre textual and spatial data on real properties or lease cadastral number, content of real estate (land unit, building, group of room or part of land parcel) and their Cadastral designation, title of real property, land units, buildings, group of rooms, part of land parcels address, land units, buildings, group of rooms, part of land parcels cadastral value, land register’s partition number (if real property is registrated in the Land Register), characterization data of land unit, building, group of room or part of land parcel (e.g. area, sort of building utilization, sort of land usage a.o.), owner (in compliance with Law on Protection of Data of Natural Persons), encumbrance, other land use restrictions such as burden around electricity cable, territory of national preserve and territory of biosphere reserve. Real estate land cadastre spatial data (cadastre map), to which as background material can connect can provide topographical plan M1:500, topographical plan M1:2000 (to several towns), topographical map M1:10000, ortophoto map M1:10000, satellite map 1:50000.
Clients can browse and printout information.
In the Landbook, the State Unified Computerised Land Register (www.zemesgramata.lv ), general information can be found about real estate including servitudes and real estate encumbrances, detached premises, owner, legal basis for title, notifications on insolvency, creditor’s claim, restrictions, appointment of secondary heirs and inheritance contracts, property encumbering rights, mortgages and legal basis.
Clients can browse and printout information, electronic payments are available.

The data distribution portal (www.kadastrs.lv ) offers online information about reiterated cadastral objects (real properties, land units, buildings, groups of room and parts of land parcels). Map services are also available online. Clients can browse, download and print out information.
In the State Unified Computerised Land Register you can obtain information about registered properties online. Print outs are available.
